Mere web blogging ke safar me ye mera pehla article hai. Agar thoda gambhirta se is baat ko socha jaye toh ek sawal zaroor aata hai – dukaan chalana kisko hai aur kya usko iske baare me jaankaari (knowledge) hai?
Agar jawab “haan” hai, toh aapko bahut zyada seekhne ki zarurat nahi hai. Bas aapko cash flow (paisa aana-jana) aur financial management ka knowledge hona chahiye.
Lekin agar jawab “nahi” hai, yani aapko dukan chalane ka koi experience nahi hai, toh meri sabse pehli aur sabse important advice ye hai:

Advice No. 1 – Pehle Salesman Ki Job Kare
Jis area me aap dukan kholna chahte hain, us area ke bazaar ya kirana market me jaakar dhyan se dekhiye. Waha ki sabse chalti hui aur sabse jyada bheed wali dukan ko dhundhiye.
Uske baad us dukaan par jaakar ye mat bataye ki aap future me apni dukan kholne wale hain. Bas ek salesman ki job ke liye apply kare.
Kam se kam 3 mahine us dukaan par kaam kare. Agar aap jaldi seekh jaate hain toh theek hai, warna 6 mahine tak kaam karna aur bhi better rahega.
Ye 3-6 mahine aapke liye golden time hoga. Is dauran aap bahut important cheezein seekh jayenge, jaise:
- Kis area me kaunsa product jyada bikta hai
- Kis company par log jyada vishwas karte hain
- Kis product me margin jyada hota hai
- Kaunsa product jaldi kharab ho jata hai
- kya kya aur kon kon se products dukan me rakhne hai
- kon sa products fast moving hai
- kis products par customer ko kitna discount dena hai
Sabse badi baat, aapko do cheezein milengi:
- Customers ko samajhne ka experience
- Achhe suppliers ka pata
Ye dono cheezein kisi bhi dukan ko successful banane ke liye bahut zaroori hoti hain.

Advice No. 2 – Har Range Ka Stock Rakhiye
Agar aap yaha tak padh rahe hain, toh iska matlab hai ki aap dukaan kholne ko lekar serious hain.
Bahut log ek galti karte hain – wo sirf wahi products rakhte hain jo unhone kisi ek dukaan me bikte hue dekhe hote hain.
Lekin zaroori nahi hai ki wahi products har jagah bike.
Agar aap Tier 2 ya Tier 3 city me dukan khol rahe hain, toh aapko har range ke products rakhne chahiye:
- Sasta range
- Medium range
- Mehnga range
- Branded products
Chahe branded products 1-2 hi rakhiye, lekin rakhiye zaroor.
Isse fayda ye hoga ki koi bhi customer aapki dukan se khali haath wapas nahi jayega.
Kirana store me aksar hota kya hai – agar ek customer khush ho jata hai, toh wo 2 naye customers bhej deta hai, kyunki ye roz ki zaroorat ka samaan hota hai.
Advice No. 3 – Rate (Daam) Hamesha Sahi Rakhiye
Agar aap yaha tak padh rahe hain, toh badhai ho – aap apne area me zaroor accha business kar sakte hain.
Kirana business me sabse important cheez rate hota hai.
Dhyan rakhiye:
- Kabhi bhi market se jyada rate na rakhein
- Market ke barabar ya thoda kam rate rakhein
Agar aap thoda kam rate me bech rahe hain toh aur bhi achhi baat hai.
Aap combo offers bhi laga sakte hain taaki sales badhe.
Jaise:
- Bada washing powder pack ke saath balti free
- Kuch products ke saath small gifts
Hamesha yaad rakhiye – customer ka fayda bhi sochna hai aur apna profit bhi.
Advice No. 4 – Customer Ke Saath Vyavhaar (Behaviour)
Dukaan me behaviour sabse critical cheez hoti hai.
Aapka mood chahe jaisa bhi ho, lekin customer ko kabhi bhi bura feel nahi hona chahiye.
Kabhi kabhi aisa hota hai:
Ek customer har 8-10 din me aata hai aur sirf ₹1 ka samaan leta hai, aur lene me bhi bahut time lagata hai.
Bahut se dukandaar gusse me usko kuch bol dete hain, aur phir wo customer aana band kar deta hai.
Lekin jo samajhdaar dukandaar hote hain, wo usko hamesha pyaar se samaan dete hain.
Phir ek din aisa bhi ho sakta hai ki us customer ke ghar me shaadi ho, aur wo aapki dukan se ₹1 lakh ka samaan kharidta hai toh ye wahi sab mehnat ka fal hai jab jab aapne wo choti choti chiz muskura ke ache se pyaar se diya tha
agar ye baat aapko samajh aa jati hai bahot fayeda hoga aapko aur na samajh aaye toh samajh jaiyega aap dukan nahi chala sakte aapse dukan nahi sabhlega
Isliye business me vyavhaar hi asli capital hota hai.

Advice No. 5 – Dukaan Kabhi Band Mat Rakhiye
Ye rule mujhe mere dada ji ne sikhaya tha.
Unka kehna tha:
Agar aapki dukan bazaar ke kone me bhi hai, lekin:
- Aapka stock strong hai
- Aapka rate accha hai
- Aur aap daily time se dukan kholte hain
Toh aapki dukan chalna hi chalna hai.
Khas kar kirana store me ye rule aur bhi jyada important hai.
Agar aap baar-baar dukan band kar dete hain ya dukan par nahi baithte, toh dheere-dheere customers dusri dukano par chale jayenge aur aapka dukan kab band ho jayega aapko pata bhi nahi cahlega
Aur yaad rakhiye:
Agar 10 din tak bikri nahi hoti, tab bhi 11ve din bhi dukan zaroor kholiye.
Consistency hi business ko bada banati hai.
ADVICE NO 6 :- BHAROSA (BELIEVE)
Mera manna hai customer ko jab aap par bharosa ho jata hai tab wo aapke products ko nahi kharidta phir aap apne aap ko bechte hai har baar aur wo har baar aapke bhrose par saaman le jata hai mai sabki baat nahi kara raha mai unki baat kar raha hoon jo aapke loyal customer ho jyenge toh unke sath kabhi jaan bujh k galat nahi karna kyu keh wo phir dubara kisi pe bharosa nahi kar paate aur dukan line me bharosa bahot badi chiz hoti hai aur ye wo asset hai jo ek baar tutne k baad dubara nahi bana sakte aap toh dhyan rahe aur mere khyaal se maine hadd tak saari jruri baatein bta di hai jo bhi store or dukan start karne ke liye chahiye hoti hai so wish all the best for your brightest future milte hai next blog me yaha takh padhne ka aapka shukriya….!!!!!!!!
